Abstract submission and posters

The bePOM aims at gathering Belgian researchers working in the field of optics and photonics. We thus require speakers to be affiliated with at least one Belgian institution. 

SUBMISSION

To submit an abstract for a poster or a contributed talk, please use the abstract template.

Send us your abstract by email or upload it when registering (before the abstract due date). The email address in case of email submission is: info@bepom.org

DEADLINES

• Deadline for CONTRIBUTED TALK and POSTER abstract submission: 01 September 2026

• Deadline for REGISTRATION: 17 September 2026

Notification of acceptance: by 14 September 2026.

CONTRIBUTED TALKS

Contributed talks will be selected by members of the scientific committee based on the abstract.  Talks are due to last 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A. 

POSTERS

Poster session will be held on-site at VUB.

Participants will have to bring their own posters.
